Staff was amazing and very friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Great hotel. The 4 stars is due to the bathroom. 1st- the bathroom door is a slider. It is the closet door that slides to cover the closet and/or the bathroom. Not an issue IF it closed the actual bathroom off. The door might as well be open. No seal. Everyone can hear your business and peek in if they want. No way to get privacy. 2nd- the faucet! The hard spray is annoying. The first time you turn it on be prepared for a spray of water on the counter and YOU. Think you'll remember it the next time you go to turn it on? Ha. Nope. Overall wasn't horrible.

This hotel is quite nice. The rooms and amenities are about the average for Hampton Inns, which are pretty nice. The free breakfast was good but they seem to be behind in restocking the breakfast area as things run out. The staff are extremely nice. The rooms and the overall hotel was very clean. It's a nice location if you are heading to the convention center as it is very close and definitely within walking distance. It is also not priced too high.

The room is extremely dark. It doesn't have enough lights, and no overhead light. It was difficult to even go through my bags because of it. You literally have to drag your bag close to one of the lamps if you are looking for something when there is no daylight to help you or you don't want to open the curtains. Another complaint is that the bathroom doors CANNOT be locked. That is, you have to tell other people you are sharing the room with to not open the door and just rely on that. That made me and my husband uncomfortable. Imagine having to do that with a friend or anybody whom you are not married with. Everything else is good. Breakfast is good, the size of the room was good, and the people that work there are good too. But honestly, those two things mentioned made us consistently upset.

We had an excellent stay with our grandsons on the busy Veterans Day weekend. Although there is construction for a new hotel behind it, we did not hear any noise in our balcony room on the 3rd floor. We appreciated the Diamond room upgrade. It came in handy for the 4 of us. All employees that we encountered were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was well stocked with a good variety of options for a busy weekend. Free parking is a great perk for the area.

I can't complain at all. The staff was very nice, including the housekeeping workers. The room was very clean, the sheets and pillows were very comfy to my liking. Also, we had a beautiful view of the mountains. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, pool and jacuzzi. The hotel was in walking distance to lots of greats spots! Over all great! Didn't get many pictures of the room.
